La Iniciativa de los Derechos de la Mujer, una organización no gubernamental sin fines de lucro, contratará para la posición de Técnica de campo para nuestro trabajo en el municipio de San Juan Comalapa, Chimaltenango. La Iniciativa brinda oportunidades a mujeres indígenas para que puedan abordar desigualdades y mejorar sus vidas a través de asesoría legal, la educación en los derechos de la mujer, y la prevención de violencia de género.

PERFIL DEL PUESTO

Responsabilidades:

Entre sus principales responsabilidades están las siguientes:

  • Apoyar en la implementación del Programa de Capacitación en los Derechos de la Mujer con grupos de mujeres
  • Apoyar en la realización de mapeo comunitario
  • Formar nuevos grupos de participantes para el Programa de Capacitación en 12 comunidades rurales de San Juan Comalapa
  • Apoyar y facilitar la realización del trabajo de IDM a nivel comunitario
  • Mantener relaciones de cooperación entre los diversos actores (incluyendo líderes de la comunidad)
  • Apoyar con el monitoreo y evaluación de los programas
  • Apoyar en la realización de logísticas para la institución.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios de nivel diversificado (De preferencia con estudios universitarios)
  • Experiencia laboral en trabajo social comunitario
  • Hablar el idioma Kaqchikel, indispensable
  • Interés en promover los derechos de la mujer, con el enfoque en mujeres indígenas
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a comunidades del municipio de San Juan Comalapa o donde sea requerido
  • Persona responsable, honrada, con respeto a la diversidad cultural y a la individualidad
  • Residente de los alrededores con disponibilidad de viajar

Conocimiento y Experiencia:

  • Conocimiento de contexto nacional y local
  • Conocimiento de actores claves, geográfico y contexto de las comunidades y del municipio de San Juan Comalapa, Chimaltenango
  • Conocimiento de derechos humanos y derechos de la mujer
  • Trabajo con enfoque de equidad de género
  • Mediación de conflictos
  • Experiencia en facilitar talleres y capacidad de coordinar y motivar a grupos
  • Procesos de organización, administración, gestión de recursos
  • Manejo de software (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Habilidades y destrezas:

  • Facilidad de expresión oral y escrita
  • Trabajar en equipo
  • Buenas relaciones interpersonales
  • Contar con iniciativa y proactividad
  • Liderazgo democrático, honesta y discreta.

Ofrecemos:

  • Salario a convenir, prestaciones de ley
  • Contrato laboral de 18 meses (duración del proyecto)

Localidad del trabajo: Principalmente San Juan Comalapa y Patzún.

Comienzo: Contratación inmediata

Tipo de trabajo: Tiempo completo, con contrato por 18 meses que es la duración del proyecto.
