We are thrilled to share the Women’s Justice Initiative’s 2025 Annual Report highlighting a year of growth and impact. The report is fully digital and also available to download as a PDF.
In 2025, we expanded into a new region of Guatemala, bringing WJI’s programs to 24 new communities. We provided free legal services to 744 women, 86% of whom were survivors of violence; supported over 1,000 women and girls in strengthening their knowledge and skills through our rights education programs; and trained 523 community leaders and service providers to better respond to violence against women and girls.
As we reach the midpoint of our five-year strategic plan, A Just Future for Women: Investing in WJI’s Legacy, we are proud of the progress we have made toward our goal of tripling our impact by 2027. Our work continues to advance three strategic priorities: replicate our programs in new communities, scale our impact by sharing our approach with other organizations, and sustain our work for the future.
Through powerful testimonials from program participants, community partners, and staff, the report highlights the transformative impact of our work.
We invite you to explore our 2025 Annual Report and learn more about the women and girls and community partners working together to advance women’s rights and build safer, more equitable communities in Guatemala.
