Estela has been part of WJI since 2012. She is a Kaqchikel Maya woman, a nurse by profession, and has been trained in human and women's rights at institutions such as UAM, IUMUSAC, MAIA, and the University of Colorado.

Yuly is a Legal Assistant at WJI’s Patzún office. She identifies as a Maya Kaqchikel woman and is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal and Social Sciences, lawyer, and notary.

Nereida has worked in the accounting area of ​​ non-governmental organizations since 1997. She has been part of WJI since 2019, and leads all the control and accounting processes within the organization.

Mary Catherine joined WJI in July 2021 as the Impact and Development Officer. She searches for new fundraising opportunities, develops grant proposals, and writes grant reports.
